Transcribed from: Comedies and tragedies / written by Francis Beaumont and Iohn Fletcher, Gentlemen .... -- London : Printed for Humphrey Robinson, at the three Pidgeons, and for Humphrey Moseley at the Princes Armes in St Pauls church-Yard, 1647. -- First folio; includes the plays not hitherto printed, except the Wild-goose chase, which was missing, but recovered and printed in 1652. -- "The Epistle dedicatorie" is signed by John Lowin, Joseph Taylor, and eight others; "To the reader" by Ja. Shirley, who is usually regarded as the editor.
